Vince Staples recently did an interview with Time, where he spoke about how he thought the 90s were overrated, which caught the attention of N.O.R.E.. The West Coast emcee made comments about how the 90s not "having a Kanye," and Vince added how he thinks the early 2000s were far superior.
The Queens legend started out by saying Vince's comment was an "idiot statement," leading to the West Coast emcee's response.
The "Norf Norf" rapper made it clear that he didn't like being hit up on Twitter, and he told N.O.R.E. that he should've sent him a direct message. The East Coast emcee then let Vince know that he wasn't trying to beef, as N.O.R.E. said that he wasn't speaking down on Vince, he was just commenting on the statement.
