iHeart Memphis was popular way before his "Hit the Quan" dance went viral. During his talk with DJ Smallz, the Tennessee native details how the dance came to be and why his next hit may be even bigger. 'Ain't no one-hit wonders over here," he tells Smallz with a laugh.

When asked how people caught on to the dance, iHeart Memphis - formerly known as Straight Outta Memphis - recalls dancing in his "front yard listening to Rich Homie Quan's 'Flex' record, and fans went crazy," after watching his routine. Memphis is known in his hometown for being a dance-happy, club promoting funny man, but things really took a turn once he decided to make the track official. "I spent $35 making 'Hit the Quan' in the studio," he recalls. Today, the official video for "Hit the Quan" has over 9,012 views on YouTube, all thanks to Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms. "I blame the success of 'Hit the Quan' on social media," he adds.

Watch on to hear about the celebrities who've helped iHeart Memphis spread the video, how's he been "wined and dined" by "every single" record label in the past few months and more above.
