A student at Emory University in Oxford, Georgia, was  arrested after writing a message about shooting up the school on the social media app Yik Yak.

According to The Atlanta Journal Constitution, Emily Sakamoto, 21, wrote, "I'm shooting up the school. Tomorrow. Stay in your rooms. The ones on the quad are the ones who will go first."

The woman later admitted to writing the message after being questioned by police, and she was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats and acts.

This comes just after the recent shooting at Umpqua Community College in Oregon, where nine students were killed by gunman Christopher Harper Mercer. Classes resumed on Monday (October 12) following the tragedy, and according to WBAL, students were greeted by hundreds lined up on the side of the roads to welcome them back.
