The resurrection of old sneakers is not an iconoclastic aspect of the sneaker culture by any means, but what does often occur is jeering and abject responses from certain sneakerheads who have outlived the coming and going of certain shoes. For former NBA baller Stephon Marbury, it's an ongoing struggle that he's adamant about fighting for, and the cause is bigger than just people loving his sneakers. Competing with major brands like Nike & adidas is more than an arduous task, but Marbury is sticking to his incentive and making sneakers affordable for people who need kicks.
Recently the news broke out of his sneakers officially making its way back into retailers and from his responses on Twitter, there were more than a few amenable people who made it a priority to comment on Marbury's sneakers.
