Update 10/2/15 3:10 am

The identity of the Umpqua Community College shooter has been revealed as 26-year-old Chris Harper Mercer. Officials say that the man lived in the Roseburg area, but he did not attend the school.

America is in mourning yet again as another shooter has just killed at least ten people at Roseburg, Oregon's Umpqua Community College campus.

The campus once known as "a peaceful, safe atmosphere" with nearly 14,000 students became the scene of a devastating tragedy today after an unidentified suspect began opening fire. According to CNN, authorities received word about an active gunman on the campus who was shooting victims in several classrooms and the science building.

"We arrived to find multiple patients in multiple classrooms. Law enforcement was on scene and had the shooter neutralized," reported Douglas County Fire Marshal Ray Shoufler. Several victims were found dead on the scene as some died en route to area hospitals. At least 20 others have been injured.

The suspect is believed to be in his late 20's and allegedly told a forum about the premeditated attack yesterday evening. As several commentators gave the man ideas on how to go about the shooting, he responded with a simple "Thanks. Keep me in your prayers."

Douglas County Commissioner Chris Boice has confirmed with CNN that the shooter is now in custody. Stay tuned for more as this story develops, and view screenshots from the forum above.

At this time, we here at VladTV would like to send our condolences to the victims and their families.
