Just yesterday we here at VladTV were made aware of the lawsuit producer Dez Dynamic has against Tyga. According to Dez, the "Molly" rapper never kept his agreement to pay him for the beat, but apparently the production used on "Molly" was never meant for Tyga in the first place. "The record was already done before I gave it to Tyga," Dez tells us in our latest exclusive.

During Dez's chat with DJ Vlad he tells us another artist had already used the beat and had even put out a music video for his track. Mally Mall - a mutual friend of the two - gave the beat to Tyga after Dez passed it off to him. "I didn't even know the record was circulating already...I kinda found out later," he says. Dez didn't take it to heart too much at first, but he claims Tyga's "nonchalant" feelings on the situation prompted him to take legal action. He originally agreed to receive only $10,000 for his services, and that "was just for doing the record" along with 3.5% of the album sales. "He didn't come through on his end of the paperwork," Dez continues, adding the fact that he gave Tyga "multiple chances" to do so.
