Hip-hop's most controversial tweeter had a standoff with a French man and his significant other early Tuesday morning, resulting in her using a homophobic slur out of anger.
New York rapper Azealia Banks attempted to quickly depart from her Delta flight at LAX around 1 a.m. this morning when she was halted by a vacationing couple. The French man and woman were getting their luggage from the overhead bin when the man reportedly put his hand out to stop Banks from getting past. She apparently went ballistic and allegedly "spit in the man's face, punched him in the face and clawed at his shirt," according to TMZ.
It was then the flight attendant got involved, grabbed Azealia's bag and attempted to calm her down. Towards the end of the clip Banks explains what happened to the co-pilot and calls the flight attendant a "f***ing f****t" in the process. Azealia then reportedly ran off the plane after being informed that police were called.
Surprisingly Banks made her Twitter page private, but has gone on the record stating "I don't tolerate b****a**ness and I don't tolerate men putting their hands on me."
The couple decided not to press charges.
