The family of James "Jimmy Mack" McNair, the only fatal victim of the New Jersey Turnpike crash that nearly killed Tracy Morgan, claim that the "30 Rock" star hasn't spoken to them since the incident. McNair's sister, Pamela, also feels that the SNL alum should have at least mentioned her brother's name during his Emmy Awards speech on Sunday (Sept. 20) night.

She told the NY Daily News, "I understand it's been a great ordeal for Tracy over the last 15 months. I just feel in some form or fashion, he should have acknowledged my brother, his mentor, because he lost his life."

The late comedian's son, Jamel McNair, was less forgiving of Morgan in a Facebook post that read, "You take the Emmy stage and give a speech and tell jokes in front of thousands of people. But you don't show up to celebrate the life of your best friend 'Uncle Jimmy Mack' at his (June 12) Honor, send a smoke signal, give a call, text, send a damn pigeon. There's no excuse for this type of behavior. My sister and I have yet to hear from Tracy Morgan and that's real!"

Earlier this year both Tracy Morgan and the McNair family reached a settlement with Walmart, whose truck driver rear ended a van carrying the comedians. The McNair family reportedly got $10 million in the settlement, while Damon Wayans told The Breakfast Club that Tracy got $90 million, which Morgan's rep later denied.
