Floyd Mayweather defeated Andre Berto in an unanimous decision Saturday night (17-111, 118-110, 120-108), securing his 49-0 record to match Rocky Marciano.

The Los Angeles Times reports Mayweather dominated every round with little action for the crowd to enjoy. The famed boxer landed the most punches and as Berto struggled to keep up. Mayweather threw 410 punches and landed 232, while Berto threw 495 and landed 83. Berto's power punches were calculated at just 17 percent. Judges called Mayweather the most aggressive fighter in the match, but criticized both fighters for their verbal jabs to one another between rounds.

A satisfied Mayweather thanked God at the end of his match and claimed it would be his last. "You've got to know when to hang it up. I'm close to 40 now," he said. "There's nothing left to prove in the sport of boxing."
