On Friday, August 28, three teenagers and a 20-year-old woman assaulted a fast-food worker and are now facing criminal charges.

The unidentified 16-year-old was confronted by 17-year-old Kailin Holland in LaPlace, Louisiana. As shown in the video above, the two young girls can be seen getting into a physical altercation before Holland drags the McDonald's worker out of the drive-thru window. Apparently after the camera stopped filming, the other suspects in the car proceeded to punch her repeatedly along with Holland. Bradnika Gregoire, 20, was given a summons for disturbing the peace by fighting, and a unidentified 16-year-old and Sierra Gregoire, 18, were both given a misdemeanor summons for simple battery.

Holland was arrested and charged with second-degree battery, as she was the one who pulled the victim out of the window.
