Chicago rapper Chief Keef is in more legal trouble for being a no-show at fraternity concert, according to a lawsuit filed at the Cook County Circuit Court in Illinois.

Keef was slated to perform at the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity in Auburn, Alabama back in April, alongside Roscoe Dash and Mike Jones. Keef's performance guarantee was said to be $22,000, with at $12,000 advance. He allegedly kept the advance from The Booking Collective, LLC, who booked the show through their company, Fratshows.com.

The Booking Collective, LLC states they spent over $5000 in preparation for the event, and they also heavily promoted the event on their Twitter page. They also stated in the court documents that their reputation suffered after the Chicago rapper backed out on the concert.

Sigma Phi Epsilon sued The Booking Collective for $70,000 over the debacle, and the booking company sued Keef for $175,000 in return.
