Former Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle is suing Russell Taylor, the former head of The Jared Foundation, who was also arrested on child pornography charges

Fogle claims Taylor defaulted on a $191,000 personal loan to buy an Indianapolis home. According to several reports, Taylor has not made his monthly $850 payments since May, and he still owes $184,400 as of Aug. 17. The home is currently for sale for $187,000.

Taylor has been in federal custody since being charged with seven counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. A federal investigation on Taylor led police to Jared Fogle, whom they claim accepted child pornography images from the former head of his foundation.

Fogle is expected to plead guilty to federal charges of distribution and receipt of child pornography and traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor during a change of plea hearing on November 19. A plea agreement revealed that prosecutors won't ask for more than 12 1/2 years in prison, and Fogle will reportedly not ask for less than five years.
