Hopsin and Funk Volume recently announced a $500,000 challenge to battle any label on Sway's Universe, and music industry vet Mike Trampe called in to suggest they battle Horseshoe Gang and KXNG CROOKED, aka Crooked I. Funk Volume's Jarren Benton was quick to give props by saying, "Horseshoe Gang Hella Dope," but Hopsin seems to feel otherwise.

After Horseshoe Gang dropped their "Half a Meal" track where they accepted the challenge, Hopsin called Crooked's little brothers' group "Horsesh** Gang."

Hopsin added, "You ready for your funeral? Crooked I, get your 'I miss my dawgs' speech ready. You should have dissed us instead. You lead your soldiers to failure. Get ready."

Crooked responded to the diss by telling Hopsin that he should have tagged him in the post, and the "Pound Syndrome" emcee responded by saying he's going to end Horseshoe's career.

"Even though we bout to smash on horsesh** gang, I can't lie, this battle shit is fun. Only sad part about it is us ending horsesh**'s career. I'm on vacation with my girlfriend in London and still smashed these clowns. They lucky I'm not at home with access to my personal studio."

KXNG CROOKED hit Hopsin back, telling him that there are "Plenty [of] studios in London," which spurred Hopsin and the Funk Volume gang to release "Free Meal," a diss aimed at Horseshoe Gang.
