A white Chicago police officer is being investigated for saying "Mike Brown deserved it," while people from an African-American community videotaped him.

The plainclothes officer can be seen on the video, first obtained by MediaTakeout, telling two men," It's all black people that live here, so I got no choice but to f—— pull over black people. If you don't like it, then move."

The man behind the camera can then be heard saying, "Ain't gotta go nowhere," to which the officer replied, "Then, sit around and b****," the officer says. "I don't give a f***. If you think that camera is gonna make a difference to me [in] what the f*** I say, you're incorrect."

When the person holding the camera mentions Mike Brown and says he didn't trust police because "you all might shoot us," the officer tells him that "Mike Brown deserved it. He got what he had coming."

The video sparked an investigation, and police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi told the Chicago Sun-Times, "The comments in this video are troubling and do not represent the views of the department. Upon learning of the video, we have opened an internal affairs investigation into the actions of the officer."

Guglielmi added that the officer's identity would not be revealed while the investigation is underway.
