Allison Mathis, the mother of Chris Bosh's first child, is suing the Miami Heat superstar for $2,000,000, as she claims he "intentionally and maliciously interfered" with her deal to be on the third season of "Basketball Wives."

Bossip combed through the legal documents in their civil suit, and they uncovered a lawsuit Bosh filed against his baby's mother and Shed Media, who produces Basketball Wives. He claimed that they were trying to infringe on his trademark and publicity rights, and the famed basketball star ordered them not to say his name or hire his ex. Allison ultimately never appeared on the show.

Last year, Allison and Chris came to an agreement over child support  and custody, which got so intense that the judge had to separate them and tell them to focus on their daughter, not attacking one another.

Neither Bosh or Mathis have responded to the latest reports on their court battle.
