Jared Fogle, former spokesperson for Subway, is expected to plead guilty to charges of child pornography possession in court on Wednesday (August 19), according to Fox59 in Indianapolis. According to the news station, Fogle is expected to accept a plea deal in the case.

Federal and state agents previously raided Fogle's home in July, during an investigation of Russell Taylor, the executive director of the former spokesperson's The Jared Foundation, who was arrested on child pornography charges in April. During the raid on Fogle's home officers seized DVDs and several computers, which the U.S. Attorney's office will discuss during a press conference tomorrow.

After the raid, Subway severed ties with the famed spokesperson, and the company issued a message on their Twitter on Tuesday which read, "We no longer have a relationship with Jared and have no further comment."
