Quran Powell, 27, was arrested and charged with shooting two men outside of J. Cole's PNC Bank Arts Center concert in New Jersey on Monday night. He was charged with two counts of attempted homicide, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose and certain persons not to possess a firearm.

Police obtained a search warrant of Powell's home  on Wednesday (Aug. 5) morning, and based on information found at the residence, they tracked him down at a nearby apartment complex in East Orange. Powell was located and arrested without incident, and he's now being held on a $750,000 bond. 

The two victims were air lifted to the Jersey Shore University Medical Center following the incident on Monday night, and were listed in critical but stable condition as of Thursday morning.
