Mark Schreiber, pictured above, was arrested last week on one count of unlicensed practice of health care causing serious injury after he allegedly botched a penis injection removal surgery on a 55-year-old man. Schreiber was a practicing doctor at the Plastic Surgery Art Centre in Boynton Beach before losing his license seven years ago.

In 2008 the Florida man plead guilty to felony charges of practicing medicine without a license and was jailed for two years, according to the Sun Sentinel. After a failed attempt to get his license back, Schreiber accepted a job in January to remove a man's penis filler for $1,000, but the surgery went terribly wrong.

The unnamed 55-year-old patient told police that he was "mutilated" by Schreiber, and he's now unable to have sex. A warrant revealed that the victim's penis "retracted so far that it protruded less than one inch from his body" follwing the surgery.

The man, who suffers from "spontaneous erections" and no sensation while urinating, said that Schreiber instructed him to use sticks to hold his penis straight while he recovered from the surgery.

Along with Schreiber, police are also searching for Nery Carvajal Gonzalez, 48, who performed the illegal penis injections.
