One New Jersey woman is in hot water with officials after leaving one of her children in her car while she shopped at a Hackensack Costco. According to Rafael Rodriguez - the man who uploaded the video - he noticed the little girl in the Toyota Sienna Thursday (July 30) during the heatwave the tri-state area endured last week.
