David Banner has filed a lawsuit against Lil Wayne, claiming that the Young Money emcee failed to pay him royalties on two songs he worked on for The Carter III, "P***y Monster" and "La La."

The Mississippi-born rapper claims that he entered into a contract with Wayne's Young Money back in 2008 to produce two tracks for the album, but the label never paid the $138,787.19 they told Banner he was owed. Banner claims the same thing happened in 2009 after he worked on "Streets is Watchin'" off of the We Are Young Money album. He claims he was owed more than $15,000 for that particular project, but Banner says he's never seen a cent.

TMZ reached out to Wayne's rep, who explained that he was a Cash Money artist and it was not the "Lollipop" rapper's responsibility to pay Banner.
