Young Thug waived his right to appear at a preliminary hearing Monday morning in Dekalb County. He was scheduled to appear in court after being charged with "terroristic threats" stemming from an incident on July 7th with a mall security guard.

The preliminary hearing outlines the case against Thug, whose real name is Jeffery Lamar William, and the judge decides if sufficient evidence is warranted for superior court proceedings. The case will automatically proceed with or without Thug, as he has waived his rights to appear.

This is one of many charges Young Thug currently faces, others include weapons and drug charges stemming from a raid on his Sandy Springs home after his initial arrest.
