In his latest bid to fight back against claims of drugging and raping women, Bill Cosby has filed a lawsuit at the U.S. District Court in Philadelphia, against accuser Andrea Constand.

The comedian claims Constand violated the terms of her confidentiality agreement with him after she requested that Cosby's sworn deposition be unsealed and that she be released from any confidentiality agreements. Cosby also added in the latest court filing that Constand wants to "have her cake and eat it too" after they came to a settlement in 2006, which the famed actor is suggesting she may have to pay back.

A federal judge allowed redacted excerpts of the deposition to be released, but the full 1,000 page deposition was released via The New York Times, including Cosby's admission of giving women quaaludes.

Cosby's lawyers argue that the comedian's admission about the quaaludes does not mean that he drugged women in order to sleep with him.

"Reading the media accounts, one would conclude that defendant has admitted to rape ... and yet defendant admitted to nothing more than being one of the many people who introduced quaaludes into their consensual sex life in the 1970s."
