Investigators are currently working on a lead involving the individuals behind Chris Brown's recent home invasion, and officials told TMZ that they believe club promoters were possibly behind the heist.
Police were told by Chris Brown's aunt that the individuals who robbed the house demanded to know the whereabouts of his safe and made mention of $50,000, the same amount Brown was paid for a recent club appearance. His aunt also told police that the robbers made it clear they knew the "Fine China" singer, tipping them off to the promoters.
Although no arrests have been made, and the investigation continues. Stay tuned to more details on the case.
