Prosecutors called on the Grand Jury to investigate Sandra Bland's recent mysterious death in a Texas jail. Bland was pulled over last Friday (July 10), for failing to signal a lane change and before she was about to get off with a warning, Bland allegedly kicked the officer.

After being charged with assault of a public servant over the weekend, Bland's bond was set at $5,000. She was found the next morning unresponsive in her cell, and Bland was unsuccessfully revived after CPR was administered. An autopsy was performed on Sandra Bland's body on Tuesday, and her death was ruled suicide by hanging.

Her family is in disbelief that their loved one would kill herself and they, as well as many others, are questioning the official account of Sandra's death.

In an alleged video of her arrest, which you can view above, you can hear a woman complaining about being treated roughly"Really? Really?" she says. "I just drove down to this motherf**er. Y'all so full of s**t. I swear to God y'all are so full of s**t. I can't even feel my arm. You just slammed my head into the ground, you do not care about that. I can't even hear. He slammed my f***ing head into the ground. All of this for a traffic signal. I swear to God, all of this for a traffic signal."

A local Houston chapter of the NAACP has also launched its own investigation on the matter, and James Douglas, a law professor at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law spoke on precautions they're taking.

"It doesn't make sense that this young lady who appeared to be healthy would have reason to commit suicide. Supposedly she had some damage when she was thrown to the pavement. She may have suffered a concussion or internal brain damage. That's what we want to make sure."
