After police obtained a search warrant to Young Thug's Atlanta home, his good friend Rico Rich was arrested for selling marijuana and possession of firearms. He was recording in the same studio where Thug shot his "Halftime" video when police began their search on the home over recent indictment that claimed Young Thug and Birdman were in a conspiracy to kill Lil Wayne.
Ironically, the studio was under investigation over the song's video, which shows Young Thug's tour manager, Jimmy Carlton, holding a gun. Prosecutors also argue that the line in "Halftime" where Young Thug states that he'll shoot someone "in the noggin'," is about Lil Wayne.
Young Thug was also booked on drug and weapons charges in the search, which occurred just one day after he was arrested on terroristic threat charges.
