A few days ago Lil Wayne announced that his upcoming "Free Weezy Album" will be released on the Fourth of July. A couple of days later, Young Thug revealed the cover art for his upcoming release, and according to Thugger's latest post, he plans to follow in the steps of Weezy and release his mixtape on July 4 as well.
A couple of hours ago Young Thug previewed a new track off of him and London On Da Track's collaborative effort "Slime Season" via Instagram. "July 4th lets get it!!" he wrote in the caption, confirming his plans for a non-traditional release date (July 4 falls on a Saturday).
