Natalie La Rose is an Amsterdam born singer/songwriter who moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in music at the tender age of 20. Two and a half years ago that dream came into fruition, when she used her resourcefulness to secure a recording contract with international hitmaker Flo Rida.

In this VladTV exclusive, the "Somebody" singer explains how she practically forced Flo Rida into paying attention to her back in 2011. "...He has international music [and] that's exactly what I wanted to do. So, I went up to him and I introduced myself, and I just told him that I really wanted to work with him and he gave me a shot, which was amazing."

Her persistence paid off as she would go on to play her music for him the next day and would eventually get a record deal. In this clip Natalie delves into what it's like working in the studio with Flo Rida, then goes on to explain how she wants to create music that has a mix of sounds/vibes from her 80s-like dance music to the trap sound she captures on "Around the World" featuring Fetty Wap.

Watch the clip in its entirety to hear Natalie explain being starstruck when she met Beyonce at the 2013 Grammy Awards, her music making process, and how touring impacts her lifestyle above.
