Troy Ave started trending online after he reportedly sold 30 physical copies of his debut album, "Major Without a Deal," and less than 5,000 units since its release last week. Complex shared a copy of the Nielsen SoundScan numbers, which the Brooklyn rapper addressed in a tweet.

"official #'s in Fri or Mon. since album dropped last Fri but at 95% +30k singles sold & hosting's I Prob made 120 THOUSAND in 1week #RTthat."

The album was released independently through BSB Records, and unlike most records that drop on a Tuesday, it was released on a Friday. Troy Ave's debut album was only on the market for a few days before the numbers were tallied.
