Last week it was confirmed that Jimmy Carlton Winfrey, who formerly worked as Rich Homie Quan's road manager, was being sought in connection to the shooting incident that left Lil Wayne's tour bus riddled with bullets, and today TMZ has confirmed that Winfrey is now in police custody.

Winfrey reportedly surrendered in Cobb County, Georgia earlier today, and he faces a host of charges including terroristic threats, aggravated assault, criminal gang activity, and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Although the judge's warrant was issued a month ago, Winfrey waited until today to turn himself in to local authorities. His actual booking report details that a gunshot scar was visible on his wrist.
