Although Bleu DaVinci did not give a specific number of people who were arrested in the sweeping Black Mafia Family indictments, he did state that, "Everyone that got indicted went to prison," which he discusses in more detail during his exclusive interview with VladTV.

The BMF rapper explains, "Most of the people was indicted in 2005, you know, there wasn't no information out on me in 2005, or 2003, or 2004, you know, I believe my information was back-dated and finagled to get an indictment on me. If you notice, I didn't get indicted until like a whole year and some change later, after the first wave of indictments came out, because they had to still build a case against me because I'm a f***ing entertainer."

Bleu elaborates further on his arrest and eventual incarceration, revealing, "At the end of the day I had to admit to some sh*t that I didn't do, you know what I'm saying, just so that I could go ahead and get my admission of guilt in a timely manner."

Offering his truth, Bleu then conveys, "All of these things play a part in sentencing, you know what I'm saying, and what they offer you. It was my first offense, and when I say cooperated, I don't mean cooperate in a snitch or a rat manner, but when you use the correct terms to be eligible for a safety valve, which you can be eligible for with your first offense, you know, you can't have violence - it's a bunch of different stipulations - but you have to cooperate in a timely manner."
