A robbery occurred on the streets of Port Richmond, Philadelphia earlier this month with the suspect getting away by a slip of a hand -- literally.

On May 17 a 28-year-old woman was approached on the 1900 block of Allegheny Avenue at approximately 10:40 a.m. and got her phone snatched from her hands by a man on a a dark green mountain bike. He didn't get too far, however, once he tried to flee the scene and cut a corner. The suspect slid off his bike and the victim snatched him by the shirt in order to try and retrieve her cellular device, but unfortunately the perpetrator was able to get away.
