Tracy Morgan has been battling it out with Walmart in court after an 18-wheeler belonging to the company crashed into the famed comedian nearly a year ago, and Tracy has now reached a cash settlement.

The "30 Rock" actor spoke out after reaching the settlement, "Walmart did right by me and my family, and for my associates and their families," and added, "I am grateful that the case was resolved amicably."

Walmart also reached settlements with the other passengers in the van, Ardie Fuqua and Jeffrey Millea, as well as the family of James McNair, who died in the crash.
