Recently, Jas Prince lost his lawsuit against Cash Money Records to get compensated for Drake royalties, but he wasn't the only one trying to extract money from Birdman. Both Lil Wayne and the IRS are seeking millions from Baby, and according to TMZ, Uncle Sam got his way.

Birdman was slapped with two federal tax liens - - one in December 2014, the other in February 2015 -- for refusing to pay a total of $1,942,400.58 in back taxes. Uncle Sam threatened to seize property and assets if the lien was not promptly paid. Weighing his options, Birdman paid off the sizable debt within a few months.

No word on if the IRS will force Baby to release Lil Wayne's 'Tha Carter V.'
