Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star Hazel E was involved in a serious ATV accident while vacationing in Dubai, and while she got an outpouring of love from fans, others claimed she faked the accident to get a nose job.
Not one to be trash-talked, Hazel spoke up and addressed the negativity in an Instagram post that read, "This would be the worst publicity stunt to get a nose job ever, I damn near wish it was, I wouldn't have had to deal with blood spewing from inside and outside of my nose & almost choking in it, not to mention the head trauma from #nosediving into the bike."
She later added that she was back home in L.A., and is in the process of meeting with a top surgeon to help fix her broken nose, which you can check out in the above photos.
