An ode to financial success, Chedda  Da Connect's "Flicka Da Wrist" resonates with many self-made entrepreneurs, and recently the burgeoning rapper spoke with DJ Smallz Eyes about why he chose to sign to Kirko Bangz' and D Will's imprint, Lonestar Music Group.

"They wanted to give back to Texas so they called it Lonestar," reveals Chedda. Given his inherent respect for Kirko, whom he cited as having the whole state rocking to his music, he then adds, "I'm their second official artist on there. And we're bringing more people to the table. He's looking at me as the vice president," explains the upcoming rapper. Looks like he'll be exercising his wrists to count more money as he balances his rapping and executive duties.

As the discussion continues, Chedda cites Twitter as a social media tool that initially connected him to D Will, and recalls a conversation he had with him at Hooters. "I got some sh*t for you, just give me 10 months," Chedda recalls. "He was like, 'I don't need that long, but in 10 months you're going to be a star.'"

Be sure to watch the entire clip as Chedda Da Connect talks about securing his deal with E1, and how the major label machine certainly can help out an emerging rapper garner more popularity and financial success.
