Stephen Jackson overcame a lot during his NBA career, including getting dropped by the Phoenix Suns following the draft. The Texas native explained that he wasn't mentally prepared as a teenager to take on such a big role, and Stephen also revealed that he had medical issues that caused problems down the line.

The famed athlete then opened up about winning a championship with the Spurs during his third year playing for the NBA, but Jackson would go on to leave the team the following season. He explained that the move was due to him feeling like he wasn't being financially taken care of, and Stephen points out that he made a much better deal with Atlanta once he moved.
