Following the recent shooting death of Wisconsin teen Tony Robinson, police officer Matt Kenny's actions have come under scrutiny, but according to the Dane County district attorney, Kenny's actions have been deemed acceptable and the officer will not be criminally charged.

Within twenty fleeting seconds of arriving on scene, Officer Kenny ended the life of the 19-year-old Robinson. Officer Kenny reported that upon entry to Robinson's home through a broken door, he was immediately attacked by Robinson, and the officer feared that he'd be rendered unconscious by the teen, who was later found to have mushrooms, Xanax and marijuana in his system.

While Officer Kenny is inside the residence, three rapid gunshots are heard ringing out, and after nearly tripping the officer then unloads an additional three rounds as he exits, and then, yet another shot rings out from the officer's firearm.

Despite additional officers arriving almost immediately and beginning CPR on the teen, Ronbinson did not survive the shooting.
