With all of the drama surrounding Cash Money Records and the entire YMCMB camp recently, it looks like the dynasty may be on a steady course towards its downfall.

Just this past year, numerous artists from YMCMB have come forward expressing their disgust with the way that the label has supported their career.  Busta Rhymes left not too long ago, while Lil Twist and Tyga have both expressed their issues with the label, but no one could've ever imagined in their wildest dreams that Lil Wayne would call out the label as well.  However, that's exactly what happened today, December 4th.

Weezy, who rarely ever makes appearances on Twitter, took to the social media site and called out Birdman a.k.a. "Baby" and Cash Money for blocking the release of his highly anticipated and long-overdue album, Tha Carter V.  While the album was originally scheduled to be released on December 9, 2014, Wayne informed his many fans that they will sadly have to wait even longer.  He blamed Birdman and Cash Money as the entities who "refuse to release it."

After apologizing to his fans, Wayne took things even further when he revealed that he truly wants to escape from the shackles that he believes YMCMB have placed on him.  Weezy referred to himself as a "prisoner," and blamed the label for limiting his creativity and even said that he "wants nothing to do with these people but unfortunately it ain't that easy."

Birdman, nor any other members from the YMCMB camp, have responded to Wayne's shocking comments, but fans have been firing off over the drama and made "Cash Money" and "Damn Wayne" among the Top 10 trending Twitter topics in the United States.  Check out what Weezy had to say along with fan reactions above.
