Lil Durk was charged with unlawful use of a weapon last week for 2 guns that were in his possession. The young Chicago rapper says the guns aren't his and, along with his wife, continues to proclaim his innocence.
Police claim Durk had a Glock .45 caliber handgun as well as a Springfield .45 caliber handgun, both of which were loaded with 10 rounds. His lawyer defended the young spitter, saying he was going on tour in three weeks, and that nine people were present when the guns were found so it could be one of theirs.
