Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star Yung Berg is in some very hot water with the law, as he was just arrested early Wednesday morning, November 5th, for allegedly beating his girlfriend Masika in an NYC hotel room.
Berg and Masika were sharing a room at the Gershwin Hotel when the alleged assault took place around 2:15 a.m. They apparently got into an intense argument which resulted in Berg grabbing Masika by her neck, throwing her down onto the floor, dragging her around by her hair, and to top it all off, hitting her in the face.
Due to the fact that he forcefully grabbed Masika's neck, and briefly disrupted her breathing, he was charged with "obstruction of breathing" after being arrested. When police arrived on the scene, Masika had visual bruises on her body and complained that she was suffering from various pains, but refused to receive medical attention. Berg remains in custody at this time.
Masika reacted to Berg's arrest on Twitter in a way that indicates that she is deeply saddened by the altercation, yet still loves him. However, Hazel E, one of Yung Berg's former flames, also took to Twitter and posted an indirect tweet about karma coming back around. Just an hour before the altercation occurred, Yung Berg posted up a loving photo of him and Masika sitting together with the caption "Bae." This makes you wonder what could've gone so wrong within just one hour.
