Arguably the world's first rapper, Grandmaster Caz blessed the VladTV offices with an exclusive interview where he shared his thoughts on Brand Nubian member Lord Jamar's view that whites are "guests" in the house of Hip-Hop.

Caz, while disagreeing that race is what makes one an outsider, does say that there are guests within the culture which include anyone who was not a part of Hip-Hop at its birth. As an example, he says that Latinos were not a part of Hip-Hop in its beginning stages, and that they later began having an impact as b-boys.

When asked if Lord Jamar himself is a "guest" because he wasn't around during the birth of the culture, Grandmaster Caz feels Jamar's lineage to Hip-Hop qualifies him as being a part of Hip-Hop.
