Soulja Boy and Gillie Da Kid have been sending shots back and forth for quite a while, and even though it seemed like it would all come to a head with a celebrity boxing match between the two in Las Vegas, we'll never know who has the better hands, for Soulja Boy has just pulled out of the bout.

The "Crank Dat" rapper is being replaced by George "Tailormade" Weisgerber from the VH1 reality show, I Love NY. Weisgerber is doing the match for free, donating the proceeds to the Hands Up Guns Down Foundation. He's also happy to take Soulja's place, and even wants to clock Gillie Da Kid on his behalf.

"I want no money for this," said Weisgerber. "I am a friend and fan of Soulja Boy and I think Gillie Da Kid has taken this too far. I love boxing and I would love to KO. I'm for Soulja Boy. I am bigger than Gillie in the hip-hop community anyway since I won the VH1 show."

While Weisgerber is clearly #TeamSoulja, the man who put it all together, Celebrity Boxing CEO Damon Feldman, expressed his disappointment in the ATL rapper, saying he "talked a good game" but didn't "step up to the plate."

The fight will now take place on October 17th in a yet to be determined location in Philly.
