After a warm welcome from the the Internet and co-signs from Jay Z, Busta Rhymes and more, Brooklyn rapper Bobby Shmurda has signed a deal with Epic Records.
According to Miss Info, Epic Records executive Sha Money XL confirmed the news on his Instagram page.
"Deal is done @bobby_shmurda #EPIC no one does the underdogs better than me. Brooklyn this 1 is for you!"
Another big surprise was revealed when French Montana teased his verse to the remix of "Hot N****" onInstagram earlier this week.
The rapper has gained notoriety from his viral hit with Beyonce doing the 'Shmoney Dance' during the "On The Run" tour, and getting love from Raekwon during the Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival last week.
Details are limited on the rapper's signing, but we're sure he has plenty more to share.
