An older video of Justin Bieber has surfaced of the singer dropping racial jokes and saying the 'n-word.'
In an outtake from his documentary 'Never Say Never', British tabloid The Sun obtained the video where the "Confident" singer says the "n-word" five times.
"Why are black people afraid of chainsaws?" Beiber asks, before delivering the racist punchline. ""Run n****, n****, n*****, n****, n****."
According to TMZ, the singer was 15 at the time and one African American was present when he made the joke.
The singer is also "frustrated and sad" about the leak and plans to release an apology this week.
