As mostly every Battle Rap fan has heard by now, Math Hoffa and Serius Jones got into a fight during their battle at Summer Madness 3.  Serius released multiple blogs about the brawl, one on Instagram showing off his face and how he was unmarked from the fight, and another speaking in detail on the events that occurred.  Math Hoffa made a public apology for his actions via Twitter soon after the fight ended, and later that night going into the dawn hours of Monday morning, September 9th, he posted an extensive vlog explaining what happened from his perspective.

Math began by showing great remorse for what he did, and dove all the way back to the beginning of his day prior to Summer Madness 3, and the workout he did to get himself going at the start of his day.  For those who don't know, Math did get into some brief altercations with security for not allowing him access in and out of the venue, so that does seem as though it played a part in him swinging at Serius out of general frustration for what took place that day.

Regardless of his reasoning, Math acknowledged what he did was wrong and if he could take back that punch and just continue rapping, I'm sure he would have.  He has had around 10 battles this year, all except one without the occurrence of violence, so hopefully the general Battle Rap community won't crucify him for his outburst at Summer Madness 3 and turn their back on him forever.

Just keep your eyes peeled to see how Math carries on with his life and career from here on out and judge him from there.
