Danny Brown asserted once again in a recent interview that there's no beef between him and fellow Detroit native Big Sean. He explained his initial comments were about Sean making more mainstream music now that isn't necessarily rooted in D-Town.

"Yeah, he took it the wrong way," Danny explained in an interview with Shade 45. "You know how it go, you know how n*ggas be. At the end of the day, when you read the interview and the question that came up, it was more so about music in the interview. I don't look at him like a guy that makes Detroit music, he's a guy on the radio. But he took it light a slash to his credibility in the hood but if you look at what I said, I wouldn't be in the hood either. Sh*t, n*ggas is starving. And then he got to talking about giving out turkeys and all this sh*t, man, who don't come to the hood on the holidays? Everybody come to the hood on the holidays. So sh*t, that don't mean sh*t. He's cool though, we don't have no problems because we could never be nothing like, you know. That's like, come on man, media stuff."
