Famed television chef Paula Deen is wrapped up in a heavy layer of controversy after admitting to using the n-word and being racist. According to Radar Online, Paula was taped in a court deposition where she admitted to liking racist jokes.

Deen reportedly testified that her family says the n-word and claimed that she wanted to cater a wedding party with black men dressed as slaves. The shocking claims in the deposition came to light after Lisa Jackson, former General Manager of Deen's restaurant, filed a lawsuit.

Jackson claims that she became extremely stressed out working for Deen because of her racist remarks. After admitting to using the n-word, Paula justified it by saying "It's just what they are — they're jokes...most jokes are about Jewish people, rednecks, black folks...I can't determine what offends another person."

When referring to the wedding party with slave waiters, Deen allegedly said "The whole entire waiter staff was middle-aged black men, and they had on beautiful white jackets with a black bow tie. I mean, it was really impressive. That restaurant represented a certain era in America...after the Civil War, during the Civil War, before the Civil War...It was not only black men, it was black women...I would say they were slaves."
