MJ is playing a bigger part in this trial than anyone would've thought. During trial on Tuesday, jurors heard from an unexpected witness--the ghost of Michael Jackson.

Randy Phillips, CEO of the concert promoting company AEG Live, testified that his good friend Brenda Richie spoke to a medium, who was able to get in contact with the spirit of Michael Jackson. In their supernatural conversation, MJ apparently told her that Dr. Conrad Murray is innocent, and admitted that he "accidentally killed himself."

"Brenda called me to tell me that she was in communications with Michael either through a medium or directly," Phillips told the jurors. "She said Michael told her that it wasn't Dr. Murray's fault, that he had accidentally killed himself."

Despite laughter in the courtroom, LA County Superior Court Judge Yvette Palazuelos accepted the story and allowed it to stand. Hopefully this trial ends before it becomes a circus...if it hasn't already.
