Keyshia Cole ripped into Michelle Williams of Destiny's Child for her performance during their Super Bowl Halftime Show, which Keyshia felt was sub-par and lackluster. Keyshia took to Twitter to send jabs at Michelle, and claimed that she did it because Michelle had spoken in a negative way about her first. Keyshia tweeted:
"I think I was frightened to blink for a sec. Then Michell sung and woke my ass up from my daze! She always f**kN the groove up," and then added ""Michell spoke on me first. So it was open season to state my feelings on her. I always felt that about her. Just never said it. Until she spoke on me."
Kelly addressed the harsh words aimed at her group-mate during a recent interview with Rolling Stone. While she did add "with all due respect" to her statement, Kelly did acknowledge that she feels as though Destiny's Child is more important and relevant in the eyes of the general public and therefore she couldn't care less about what Keyshia Cole has to say.
"It didn't even make it on my radar until other people brought it up. It didn't even matter. We had a wonderful performance, and that's all I cared about. I was with my sisters and the three of us matter to each other, and that's all that counts. We matter to a lot more to people, with all due respect, than her. So, I really don't care what she said."
