During a recent episode of Love & Hip-Hop, Winter Ramos revealed that she is prepping to release a tell-all book detailing various events that take place behind the scenes of the music industry.  The book is titled "Game Over: My Love for Hip Hop," and apparently it was her friend Jadakiss who helped influence her to pen the in-depth book.  In regards to some of the names and detailed information that will be shared in the book, Ramos stated:

"I've worked with Puff Daddy, Biggie Smalls, Junior Mafia, DMX, Eve, Ja Rule, Ashanti, Irv Gotti....I've dated these guys. I've slept with them. I've worked for them. I know the girlfriend. I know the baby mother. I know the wife. I even know the side chick."

The Amazon book description for the memoir reads as follows:
